product launch videos - industry specific

With the launch of VXP, I was tasked with creating three videos that show how the product can help different industries—tourism, e-commerce, and real estate. Each video needed to be informative, visually engaging, and tailored to speak to its specific audience, all while staying true to the Scaleflex brand. This was a full solo project on my end—from coming up with concepts and storyboarding, to animating and producing the final videos. It’s mostly motion graphics, and I really focused on making the visuals feel clean and lively, without losing clarity. The goal was to make something that not only explains the product well, but also feels fun and easy to watch.

TOURISM VIDEO // OBSTACLES

One of the trickiest parts was figuring out how to conceptualize the whole project so that the visual style felt unified across all three videos—but still made sense for each industry. I had to create a look that was flexible enough to be reused and adapted, without feeling too generic or off-brand. On top of that, explaining a technical product like VXP in a way that different audiences would actually relate to (without overloading them) was a real balancing act. And of course, doing it all solo meant every creative decision landed on me.

E-COMMERCE VIDEO // WORK FLOW

I kicked things off by getting to know each industry a bit more—what kind of visuals they’re drawn to, what tone would work, and how to keep it relevant. Then came storyboarding and scripting, where I mapped out each video to make sure the messaging stayed tight and focused. Throughout the design and animation stages, I worked closely with my team for feedback—but since they’re not design-focused, there was a lot of back-and-forth to align on visual direction and clarity. It definitely pushed me to communicate ideas more clearly and advocate for design decisions that would serve both the message and the brand.

REAL ESTATE // Impact (or Outcome)

The final videos turned out to be a strong part of the VXP launch, helping explain the product in a way that felt clear, tailored, and visually engaging. They’ve been used across different channels—internal, external, and even social—and made it a lot easier for teams to communicate what VXP actually does. It also helped kick off a more approachable, audience-focused way of doing product videos at Scaleflex.
